Home Delivery Service:

  1. Our limited warranty exclusively applies to purchases made directly through our branded retail outlets and official website.

  2. This warranty is valid solely in Taiwan. International customers should refer to the platform's customer service where the purchase was made.

  3. For warranty claims, kindly furnish order-specific details like the order number or relevant screenshots for prompt verification.

  4. Should you encounter functional defects during the warranty span, we urge you to return the product with a comprehensive description of the issue.

  5. We reserve the right to either replace particular modules or the entire product during the repair process. Faulty components will revert to our possession.

  6. We offer a one-time complimentary warranty for natural malfunctions. Charges might apply for further repairs.

  7. Any discrepancies noted within 7 days of receiving your purchase will not be deducted from your warranty claims. Further details can be found under "Product Return & Exchange Guidelines."

  8. Damages arising from mishandling or human errors fall outside our complimentary warranty, and repair costs will apply.

  9. The cause of product defects will be judiciously determined by our repair team. If an issue emerges upon unboxing, kindly provide video evidence.

  10. Products procured from third-party distributors aren't eligible for this warranty. Please reach out to the original vendor for assistance.

  11. Should a product be unavailable or phased out, we will duly notify the customer, offering a feasible replacement or a suitable compensation plan.
